Five Days until Fair - Final Info

Kia ora Maple whanau, 

With only 5 days until the fair the countdown is on! 

Thank you all for doing your bit for Primrose teas and also fairy queen! It is much appreciated! We still have a few gaps on our roster so if you know anyone else that could help.

Please deliver your food items this Friday afternoon 2-4pm to Kowhai Kindy (to the right of Maple) or on Saturday morning 8-9am.

All plates for displaying food will be provided so dont worry about plates, unless you have a cake which is tricky to transfer. Also labelling containers would be a great idea so we can return these after the fair. 

If possible, please do not slice your items an we need to keep sizes uniform for pricing, if you do have to think cafe style sizes.

Food labels are in the box out the from of Maple.

If you could write the name of the item on both coloured sides eg. “Vegan & GF Choc Caramel Slice” and full ingredients on the inside highlighting allergens such as eggs, nuts etc. 

Also if you are bringing a cake or larger item if you could bring cake slice that would be great!

If anyone has any white table cloths as well we are needing a few more of these and tongs for serving!

All families please bring flowers and greenery for the Fairy Queen on Friday whether its wild flowers, from your garden or families, neighbour or purchased all greatly appreciated.
