Spring festival at kindy this Friday morning

Kia ora whanau,
It is so lovely to see you at the kindergarten door again! We are really enjoying the more family feel of drop off and pick up and seeing you all in the grounds.
Can we please remind you that we will be celebrating spring this Friday (tomorrow) and you are invited to stay in the garden with us from 8.30am until 10 am. After your child has hung their bag up and placed their drink bottle in the basket can you please bring them through the gate to the bathroom to wash their hands then assist them to weave a simple spring crown with us on the mat.
We will provide willow for you to weave with your child but please bring some flowers for weaving into the crowns. You don’t need many flowers and small ones work best, pick some from your gardens or neighbourhood and please be prepared to share them if needed so that our tamariki can fulfil the joy of creating the crowns they wish for.
Please also bring morning tea for yourselves and any younger siblings as we will eat morning tea all together at 9.30 before you slip away at 10.
