Hey folks,

We got an opinion piece published in the Seattle Times (online today, print Wednesday) about Seattle's street safety crisis, and how we can get Vision Zero back on track.

"Last year was the deadliest year on Seattle’s streets since 2006, with 30 lives lost. This year is shaping up to be just as tragic. These deadly crashes disproportionately claim the lives of Black, elderly and homeless Seattleites, according to Seattle’s Department of Transportation (SDOT). These deaths are preventable with proven solutions that [Mayor Bruce Harrell's] administration can implement now."

Please like and share it on social media:
Thank you to everyone who gave your suggestions or edits for the piece! And thank you to everyone who volunteers, advocates, and donates to create safe streets for all!

best,
