How Convert a file.gpx or gdb to .tab ???

I need convert a file . gpx or  gdb to .tab

You can use GPX2TAB to do it inside MapInfo.
www.wap3.com/download/gpx2tab.zip

Or you can use QGIS to import your .gpx then export the result to MapInfo TAB.

I've been using 'OK Map' www.okmap.org to convert GPX Tracks to KML, then opening in Mapinfo 12.
I have gpx2tab.mbx but haven't used it recently. It might only do waypoints, if I'm remembering correctly.
