Could the problem be that your layers aren’t selectable?
You can change this in the Layer List
I know I’m stating the obvious but this has fooled me sometimes too

Good morning All,
I hope someone can help me, In one of my workspaces my info tool has stopped displaying the data behind the tables. I have tried to work out why or how to restart it but failed miserably.
I have restarted the workspace but this didn’t solve the problem.

Thank you very much for sharing this. My Explorer Window disappeared when I opened a saved workspace and I couldn’t get it to appear! This solution has resolved it and also another issue where the Theme menu was occasionally not appearing.
