mapbasic 2019 precisely download

Hello,

 

Usually don’t have a problem with mapbasic But for some reaseon when I try to open it, it just hangs. With the reshuffling to precisely how can I access a new download for mapbasic looking for mapbasic 2019 so I can do a reinstall with most current version
