Hi

Does anyone of you know a freeware program where I can view my
DSM_ESRI_ASCIIGrid. Preferably I should be able to read the z-value
from a specific point.

I used to have a free program that could read my *.asc files, but now
I have changed job (and therefore I don't have access to my old
computer) - and now I just can't remember the name of the
program...??!!

Hope someone can help me.

Regards Bente

You can use free GridAnalyser, that can import ESRI ASCII grid into MapInfo
MIG and than just use the info tool.

I think the free GIS Landserf would do it as well on its own.

I forgot to mention that I am now working with ESRI..hmmm..:-/ I kind
a forgot, because normally I get good tips from this group.
