Cataloguing of MapInfo data.

Dear List,

I wonder if anyone has any idea of 'off-the-shelf' type software that
can be used to catalog, manage and record metadata for large
collections of MapInfo data (and possibly including other geospatial
data formats and documents).

Ideally, this software could:
- enable collection of standard and custom metadata fields
- enable spatial as well as textual searches on catalogued data
- support multiple concurrent users
- works on Vista

We are looking at a relatively 'small-scale' solution that would be
relatively simple to implement.
Any ideas gratefully welcomed.
