Hello,

I have just loaded Vertical Mapper 3.10 but I keep getting an error
message....

Error in MapInfo File Access Library

Extended Error Value: 1343

Could anybody enlighten me as to the source of this error as I cannot
perform any functions without this popping up? Is there an error code
list somewhere that describes error code sources?

Many thanks

Rob

I think the error has to do with your projection and the file size. Save the file as the correct UTM zone and try again. Let me know if this works!

I think the problem is related to the version of your MapInfo table.
You can try to change the version in the .tab file to 400.

The problem might also be that the data is read from a .txt or .xls, and not from a .dat file.
You can try saving the table with a different name in MapInfo, and use the copy

Rob,

VM is now at version 3.11, I would download and install this patch before you do much else.
