Change layout frame size in MapBasic

I have a single page Layout window in which there is a frame containing map. 

Mapbasic reference guide tells about how to create frame but I haven't seen any kind of tips of modifying frame. 

The thing I need is to change frame's properties like height and width. 

MapBasic doesn't show which commands are run during layout frame's modifications.

Is it possible at all?
