Simple conversion calculation

Hello everyone

A simple task is annoying me! I need to convert km to miles based on the calculated sum of km (there's a slight discrepancy due to rounding when calculating sum of Miles separately).

Any ideas why the following lines return an error when compiling?

Select  Status , Sum(Length_Km) "Km", Sum(Length_Km)*0.6214 "miles" From InfoStats Into InfoResults Group By Status
Error: Found [*] while searching for [A string constant]

Select  Status , Sum(Length_Km) "Km", 0.6214*Sum(Length_Km) "miles" From InfoStats Into InfoResults  Group By Status
Error: Found [miles] while searching for [from]

The following line compiles without error but returns all columns from table InfoStats

Select  Status , Sum(Length_Km) "Km", 0.6214*Sum(Length_Km) From InfoStats Into InfoResults Group By Status
