Hello Haluk,

You'll likely want to start with the MapInfo Discover Data Entry module (in either the 32-bit or 64-bit versions) for automatic region styling and attribution as you digitise. Or this module can also be used to en-masse style and attribute and polygon map after creation.

Additionally, the Polybuilder tool, available in MapInfo Discover 2015 32-bit, allows the automatic conversion of digitised linework into (attributed) polygons (including line cleanup/extension/closure routines).
