Good afternoon all,

I have just found out that Precisely no longer supply/support the Interpose software. I use this quite a lot to translate GML files, and to convert Tables into Shape file format. Can you tell me which software you use for these tasks, or think is best going forward please.

Many thanks for any assistance offered.

Hi Sharon

MapGML v8 will now translate both 32 and 64-bit table formats of the Ordnance Survey data (in gz - no need to un-gzip).
It doesn't push out Shape files but MapInfo's Universal Translator will do that.

Get in touch if you want to purchase....

Hi Sharon,

We are using InterpOSe v4.6.1 here at Reading, and it works fine. We had it tweaked by Miso, so that it would work with Windows 10 and MapInfo 2019.2 (64 Bit). We are still looking for software that will translate using the Parameter Files that I built some years ago.

Hope that helps,

Reg Dore
