Problem with MapInfo automation in .Net

Hello,

I wrote a program in C# that uses MapInfo 15 for some operations with MapInfo Tables. The program works fine on my developer computer but other user that also has MapInfo 15 installed on his machine gets error:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID

 {105D8464-173F-43E9-A6A4-C4EB1A714CE3}

 failed due to the following error: 800702e4.

I checked that this CLSID exists on his machine in Registry.

In my program I have reference to MapInfo 15.0 OLE Automation Type Library

and in Debug or Release directory I have Interop.MapInfo.dll in these directories.

Any help will be appreciated.
