Hi Rob,
If you still have a copy of a 32 bit version then there was a tool called polybuilder. I don’t think it has made it into the 64 bit versions.
That tool should do what you require – I think!

Hi Rob – you can do this with the current version of MapInfo
First make sure that MapCAD is enabled.
If everything is in one table
Then make the table you are wanting to update editable.
Next select all the objects in that table and go to Spatial>Set Target
Then select all the objects again (can also be in a different table) and go to Spatial>Nodes>Overlay Nodes onto Target. (there should be help on doing this).
That way the table you want to modify will now have nodes at the intersection of the lines.
Then check to make sure it worked
That should do it for you.
