EasyLoader not working

I cannot get EasyLoader to open.

I was working in 17.01 when it stopped, unsure why.

I have uninstalled 17.01 and am now using 17.04, currently my only other option.

I receive a 'MapInfo EasyLoader has stopped working' message when trying to open it

Any ideas as to why the Easyloader tool will not open?
