I’m assuming you mean these gridlines that you can add to the map, right?
If so, you can change the style override for the gridline layer and make the line “show” with no line style.
Click on the thumpnail next to the layer in the Layer List and set the Style to None.

How do you remove the lines from grids and/ or do labels only or ticks only? Is there a plugin for this?
