Just a quick note to let you know that MapInfo Pro v15.2 (our latest 64 bit release) is available for download.
If you have v15.0, you can use the same serial number and access code to use v15.2.
If you do not have v15.0 then you can try the release free for 30 days.
The release includes MapInfo Pro Advanced. This provides next generation raster grid capabilities.
A few other highlights in version 15.2:
· Many improvements to the Layout Designer
· An extended TAB file format (allows for datasets to be larger than 2 GB)
· Performance improvements on map based querying, SQL select filters, rendering and more.
· Unicode support
· Support for the Spectrum Global Geocoding capabilities.

Hello Nesh,
Yes, MapInfo Pro v15.2 supports Unicode. Glad you like it.
And for those of you who don’t want Unicode, perhaps for backwards compatibility purposes, there are preferences to control this.
More details are in this article in the MapInfo Pro Journal: http://web.pb.com/mapinfopro-oct-2015/MapInfo-Pro-v15.2-Breaking-Down-Barriers/
