Dear all,

I wish to generate Voronoi polygons from points spread over a number of
regions and want to clip each resulting polygon to the region boundary that contains the point. I tried to Set Target On the set of all regions, but then the Voronoi command cannot be chosen.

Thanks for your help.

You can only select a single region as target for the Voronoi function.
So in order to perform your task you need to:
- select first region
- select all points within this region
- set the region as target
- create the voronoi

Repeat these steps for each region

Peter,

As always many thanks for your clear and prompt answer. As I am a bit lazy sometimes, I had some hope, based on an old (2003) list message.

Let me add this: if your regions don't touch you can combine them and do it all in one go.
If they touch they will get "combined" into one region and so this approach won't work
