Stereo70 Romania

does anybody know the projection paramenters (Stereo 70, Romania) for
the mapinfow.prj ?
I found different informations and nothing worked.

* "Hristow" Oblique Stereographic, units are meters
* Ф0 = 46° North and λ0 = 25° East of Greenwich
* False Easting = False Northing = 500 km
* m0 = 0.999750
* uses the "Dealul Piscului 1970" Datum (Krassowsky 1940 ellipsoid)
* As a projection file: stereo70.prj
and the projection file reads:
EOGCS["GCS_Dealul_Piscului_1970",DATUM["Dealul_Piscului_1970",SPHEROID["Krasovsky_1940",6378245.0,298.3]],PRIMEM["Greenwich",0.0],UNIT["Degree",0.0174532925199433]],PROJECTION["Oblique_Stereographic"],PARAMETER["False_Easting",500000.0],PARAMETER["False_Northing",500000.0],PARAMETER["Longitude_Of_Origin",25.0],PARAMETER["Scale_Factor",0.99975],PARAMETER["Latitude_Of_Origin",46.0],UNIT["Meter",1.0]]
This is of course an ArcGIS prj file but maybe you can translate the
info into the MapInfo style.
