Hello

I set up an Open Data plan for the OS Data Hub to try in Mapinfo (version 17.0.4).

I can open the OS Maps API data OK in Mapinfo, but I’m having bother with it in the output for a Layout.

The map in the layout looks fine on the Layout window, but when I print the output to either a PDF or image, the map has a different zoom.

I’ve tried setting the map options for the map in the layout to preserve Current Scale, but is doesn’t make any difference.

I think the bounds of the WMTS may be different from normal British National Grid (although I’m not entirely sure) so I was wondering if there needs to be another CRS for it.

Has anyone else got it to print OK from a layout?

Caroline

Not sure if this is it, but it sounds like an issue  with printing WMS  map stacks. Your output pdf map dpi essentially controls the zoom scale of your output. It's an issue I've encountered with various WMS map stacks.  Charging the dpi might resolve this but not ideal.. Are you able to bring in the appropriate map as a single  map rather than as part of a stack? That's my normal go to on this. There are probably better workarounds.

Hello

It is a WMTS rather than WMS. I had only opened one of the layers available.

I tried the dpi. It had defaulted to 600. After a few goes setting it to 150 dpi has done the trick.

Thanks for your help.

Caroline
