Run Menu Command M_TOOLS_MAPBASIC in MapBasic x64

Yeah, that tool was not included in the first version of the 64-bit MapInfo/MapBasic.
It has been added with MapInfo Pro v2019.2
There is a discussion with a fix here on the community.

It seems that "Run Menu Command M_TOOLS_MAPBASIC" does not work in MapBasic 64-bit. I'm right? Is there any alternative?
