Hi. When Working on Lon/Lat coordsys perfect circles are seen as they are, but when working on UTM perfect circles are seen as vertically elongated ellipses. Is this an issue from mapInfo or Windows? Does anybody knoe how to correct this?
Thank you.

Hi Sergi

Everything gets distorted by projections or lat/long.

If you create a perfect circle in a projected coordinated system and display it in this coordinate system, it will look fine.

If you create a perfect circle in lat/long and display it in lat/long it will look fine.

When you start mixing the two, things look distorted.

You may be able to improve this slight by converting your circle to a region that has more nodes.
