I don’t think we have ported it to 64-bit.
You can find all the tools from v15.0 here: MapInfo Pro 15.0 Tools.
As you know things have changed since we released the last version of MapX so some datasets will not be supported in MapX anymore.
But give it a try
I’m pretty sure the tool will still load in the latest version of MapInfo Pro.
It will embed itself as a context menu on the Geoset tool in the Tools window
