Claim from server issue

I forgot to mention this earlier but when I tried the "Claim from server" for the new hex tiles add-ons it did not work. I clicked it and nothing happened. It just sat there as if the button had no purpose whatsoever. One time I clicked it and went to doing other things on my PC and 20 mins later when I remembered there was still nothing going on. I had to register each part of the hex tile add-ons separately.

1. As a KS backer, you have to use the same email address that you are using with Kickstarter.
2. It is unfortunately case-sensitive, so make sure you use capital letters where necessary. This is not an issue for most people, since their email addresses are nearly always in all lower case.
3. MapForge needs internet access for this feature to work, so whitelist the app on Windows Defender (or similar).

I just double-checked, and the MapForge server is currently set to auto-register 3 Add-Ons for you. If you think there should be more, let me know.

A good way to check to see if MapForge is being allowed internet access on your PC is to use the "Check for Updates" command. If nothing happens, then access is being blocked by a hardware or software firewall.
