Can't start MapForge first time to use my licens

Ok, i saw the program at a friend an thought, i whant this, so i go to my computer and buy a licens and two addons, but i can't start MapForge for the first time. A black Window opens "Generating/loading thumbnails. Please wait..... Current Add-On: The Jade Halss of Nys" with a smaler white Error Window. Whats wrong? Operating System is Windows 10

And - yes, i know, i was stupid.....

Ok, i found a solution. I deactivate the Addon an the program starts, reminding me to register the purchased AddOns. ok, but here ist the next problem:

I buyed Dark Crypts × 1
Sold By: Black Scrolls Games


but i get no registration key. So i try to use the other method with the email, but i cant writ the "@" and i cant use strg-V to insert and right click also dosent work. How can i get my Addons to work?

Hopefully Heruca replies, but it seems to me you have a non-US keyboard, which was a problem for that.  I forgot the solution, but perhaps you could temporarily change to US, then @ should work, or you could use CTRL-C, CTRL-V to copy and paste.

I sent a direct reply already. Posting it here in case it's of use to anyone:

I have to process the orders manually, and I couldn’t do so until I had received your Challenge Code. Before that, Claim from Server wouldn’t have worked.


If you have an international keyboard and can’t type the “@“ symbol, you can shift-click the email text field when you need the “@“ symbol typed for you.
