I'm very much enjoying the product and have made my first down and dungeon maps. After creating the maps, I realize that I would like to annotate the rooms with the description of the room, contents or treasure and any NPCs that might be there. In other campaign modules, I have seen dungeon rooms or town buildings have a number or number-letter combination that corresponds to an annotation guide with the descriptions of each. (i.e. room 1 is the keep entrance. 1a and 1b are guard niches adjacent to the entrance, etc.) My new feature request/suggestion is an overlay pack with number and letter combinations to allow us to place on our built maps to number the town buildings or dungeon rooms that we build.

Love the product so far!

best regards,

TeacherSteve

It seems I accidentally replied to TeacherSteve by email rather than posting my reply here, so I'll re-post what I told him:

"I have this coming out as part of the Old School Dungeons Add-On. Will that do for map annotation purposes? You’ll be able to resize and recolor the letters and numbers however you want."

And to clarify, the letters & numbers would be placed as Items, so they will always be atop tiles and overlays that you might want to annotate.

So I have a simple village or town made with a blacksmith, stable, Inn, jail, Town Hall, well, river, bridge, Tavern, Market, and shops. The numbers and letters would work well for annotating and referring to notes about building descriptions and town features.
