Hi,

I've got my add-ons in the folder, and started the program (1.1.6 now, have also tried 1.1.4). When I went to use the Claim from Server option, I got the following error:

Index out of Range
Script Error. Continue?

"Yes" just loops it back to itself, and "No" closes the program. I've also checked connectivity by using the Check for Updates option, and that's working, so I don't think it's connection related.

I also just tried using the provided codes, and got the same error.

Any idea what to do with this?

v1.1.4 has a bug that throws an error like the one you posted if you have unregistered Add-Ons enabled when you launch the app. You need to register the Add-Ons first, then relaunch with the Add-Ons enabled.

v1.1.6 presumably fixes that. What's strange is that you said you tried v1.1.6 first. Did "Claim from server" not work? The email address entered is case-sensitive, so in your particular case, it should be in all lower case. Also make sure MapForge is being allowed internet access by Windows Defender, or the like.

Hi,

I actually had tried 1.1.4 first, then installed 1.1.6 and have also patched to 1.1.7. I've tried paring it down to just a single unregistered addon to see if that works, but so far no luck. Addons that don't require registration are working fine, though.

Overall, Claim from Server and individual code entry aren't working. The Index out of Range triggers on both. For testing internet access, i just used the Check for Updates (which seemed to work) but I'll also try manually disabling stuff. I also downloaded via the receipt email, but I'd also be surprised if the files are dummy/placeholder, as they're quite large (500 MB+ on several of them). Still, I'll try a redownload via the registration email and see if that works.

Oh, just saw your other message about correcting a type. That worked and the Addons have been successfully claimed.

Thanks again for the help!
