Hello!

I just discovered this application via Facebook and I love what I see.

I have been very interested in creating content for sale on DMsGuild.com, and mapmaking is one area where my skills are sorely lacking.

I scoured the site for MapForge and I could not find a spot that referenced using the tool for products intended for sale. Would purchasing a license allow me to create maps that I could include in a product sold on DMsGuild or DriveThruRPG?

When my group games we have a large selection of Dwarven Forge terrain that we use in person, but map creation for adventures that have been vetted and prepared for sale is something that I just don’t have right now.

Thank you—MapForge looks like a very interesting tool; I just want to make sure I don’t misuse it!

I'm not the developer, but I believe the answer is dependant upon the add-on.  On the side bar you can filter by commercial use, here is what the gives you:  https://www.mapforge-software.com/product-category/approved-for-publishing-commercial-use/
