Difference in map length between "Draw a linkage group" and "Export map & data" as Text file

Hello,

I notice (sometimes big) difference in the length of linkage groups between "Draw a linkage group" and "Export map & data" as Text file.

The marker orders are the same, but what are the correct distances? (The  "Draw a linkage group" distances look to me more feasible to me than the Text file distances.)

The attached pictures show part of a linkage group that is 264 cM as text and 192 cM as drawing

I use MapDisto 2.0.b101.XL2013.Win.xlsb.

I like to add that the population type is SSD with heterozygotes in the marker data.

(As I do not notice these differences in maps with DH populations.)

Hi Hein,

I extended the heterozygote calculation to the 'Draw map' command. Please try the last version available on the web.

And yes it gives longer map, because now HTZ are integrated in the calculation.
