Too many markers in chr "x"

Hello
I am getting an error regarding to the number of markers per chr (see below).
I have 140 markers for this chromosome, so I removed the first 80 markers (with no introgression) to see whether the I get the same error, and yes, the error still showing up. not sure if there is a limit for number of markers per chr?

The limit per chromosome is about 16,000, so I am not sure what is happening here. Can you try again starting from a fresh copy of MapDisto?
