read data always wait

Hi,

I have a vcf format file and I imported the data after converting, this worked well, however, when reading data it kept "please wait" and never come out a result. I don't

 know how this happened? Is it because of my data too big(200 samples,10000SNPs)?

The data size isn't too big, MapDisto can handle much bigger datasets. Make sure you import the converted data before clicking the "Read data" button.
