Does the r/qtl interface in MapDisto in working order? I have tried using it but gives me the message "the loci in data and framework map do not seem to match, or they do not appear in the same order...", also I tried using R version 3.5.x with multiple versions. Is there a fix for this problem? I like the program overall, I used it to map my populations and export to other qtl software makes it easy to import. Also easy to use once you get the flow down. Thank you.
Best,
Jacob

It should be working properly. Are you using the Mac or Windows version? Did you calculate the framework map before running the R/qtl command? Are the total number of markers in 'Data' the same as in the linkage groups?
