Do you ever ANSWER questions in POSTS?

I'm just wondering if you guys are even looking at this group? There's
all kinds of spam crap and it seems like the only people answering
questions are not mapbuilder personnel...

Many, many people are asking how to get their point data EXPORTED.
Often, this is simply as a backup or because they want to change how
the description, date or links are displayed. With hundreds of points,
doing this by hand via the source code is tedious and there are no
explanations of what would go where with a file that could be
imported.

I've used the import feature in other maps and think that it is a
valuable method... I'd like to do the same with an older site that
wasn't set up that way initially. But there is no EXPORT method.

Maybe you have to pay for that. Fine, but where's the information
about the cost and how do you contact someone about it? I ask because
no one at Mapbuilder seems to be responding to posts or feedback or
help emails.

I'm not trying to be negative, but some presence in this group seems
in order.
