We're experiencing a problem where we can't get Yahoo! Maps
implemented from MapBuilder to display. We've tried with maps hosted
on our site and on MapBuilder itself (when we click on the "preview
map" option).
Each time we get an error message that says "Ymap is not defined."
There is a similar discussion on the Yahoo Maps discussion group about
maps not displaying. However, I don't know if any useful solution can
be found there:

Is there anything that MapBuilder can do on its end to help?
