Failure to save a polygon

This has happened a number of times, usually when adjusting coastlines:

I'll add a landmass or water polygon, then hit ENTER.

The name, attribute, address, etc. side panel will come up.

I'll enter the appropriate information.

I'll hit SAVE, but nothing happens.

If I cancel, it will cancel properly.

If I try to "Save as draft and continue later", in the bottom right hand of the screen I see "javascript:void(0)".

If I don't do anything and come back later, the polygon is listed as a draft, though I still can't save it.

I'm using Win XP and Google Chrome.  Any ideas or help?

This happens in many other circumstances as well. It happens with many
other types of polygons, not just water and landmass. I put it in the
issue tracker.
