I am trying to add a new road and international bridge building but there is always errors.

I am trying to add the new toll bridge building and road for the
Anzalduas border crossing between Mission, TX and Reynosa, Mexico. But
there is always erros as the line overlaps existing roads, etc...
Actually there are already several new bridges to cross roads and
water channels and the Rio grande river... so it causes frustration to
try to help improve the maps.
