Are we depicting features like non-contiguous tennis courts as a single feature these days?  Seems weird, but I don't have a strong opinion about this.

How does one become a RER anyway.  Been meaning to ask that.

The first two published. For the third one, when I try to review (either through the hsitory or the review button), I get a message saying that there are no changes pending. Except this is still pending.

I would delete the building, since it doesn't exist. It will probably be deleted later anyways, but I suppose better to do it now and get rid of it.
