Have spent 6 mo. cleaning up our business listings--need RER to help finish the job!

Since my wife moved her business from Casa Grande, AZ, to Chandler, AZ, six months ago, my efforts to update her Maps/MM/Places business listings--complicated, I think, by some technical glitches on Google's end and the whole Google+ Local transition--resulted in a mess. We had Maps and MM listings with various outdated addresses and phone numbers, and all kinds of dupes. As as result, our Google Maps listing dropped off page one and became buried to the point that almost no one could find us.

 

After my posting on the Google and Your Business forum, a Google reviewer, consciousnessbliss, took an interest in my plight and spent quite a bit of time helping me clean up the listings. He made a lot of progress. He was able to help me get rid of the outdated listings, or at least mark the former business locations as closed. He helped me go through our MM listings one by one to mark all the dupes and ensure that the information in each is identical to the others. Unfortunately, he has reached the end of the line in terms of what he can do for me at his current authority level. Would an RER be willing to review this thread and help me finish the cleanup: http://goo.gl/Nxu2T I would be grateful because the messed-up listings have cost our business tens of thousands of dollars in lost business and countless hours of my time, not to mention that of the reviewer's, over the past six months. I am cautiously optimistic that we are almost there.

 

Here's what remains to be done, as I see it:

1. When I search for "joan bundy law" on Google Maps, two listings appear. One is tied to the Google+ Local page that, in turn, is tied to my Places Dashboard. The other listing is not tied in any way to the Dashboard. I need to delete the duplicate Google Maps listing and associated Google+ Local listing that are not tied to the Dashboard. Here is the URL of the Google+ page associated with the dupe: http://goo.gl/YfTdL . The duplicate Maps listing is the first one that shows up when you search for the business name.
2. I need for one correct business listing to show up when you search for the business name in MM. Right now the search brings up nothing, even though we cleaned up the many, many MM listings that exist behind the scenes.

In the end, I need to have one, and only one, listing on Maps and MM with the information below. Note that the business address is in Chandler, AZ. Any old listings with a Casa Grande, AZ, need to be purged from the system to the extent possible so that they do not reappear on Maps on MM.

If you want your Fax no. to appear, just delete and re-edit the POI either from your Dashboard or Place page.  

Save all the information from this thread and the other thread in a separate document or spreadsheet or whatever.  You might need this information someday.  

If your other Place page disappears, just revert (undo) the deletion in MM (what we just did) and post on a separate thread with a big HELP, MY BUSINESS HAS DISAPPEARED INTO THE VOID AND I'M LOSING A BILLIONS DOLLARS AND PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME I NEED TO REVERT A DELETION title.  (LOL.)

You can also post a comment in MM to RER Andrew on the last deletion asking for help, and link back to this thread:  http://goo.gl/Q60d5

And once that's been reverted, back to Report a problem or http://goo.gl/6eb7x to try to get them to take that last page down.  

You should be able to start uploading photos either through the Dashboard or on the Google+ page, along with deleting and redoing the Description in your Dashboard so it appears on the Place page.
