History credits the wrong person with approval that never happened.

to Map Your World - Moderating features
The history is giving me credit for approving edits I did not approve.
For instance there was a road under moderation that intersected
another road. I approved the one under moderation (newly added) and
then wanted to check on the features of the intersecting road. When I
checked the history it said that I had approved the road and gave the
time of the approval I did on the road under moderation. I checked
several sections of the intersecting road and they all had me as the
approver. I never approved the intersecting road.
Please investigate, this may be a bug. Thanks.

Hi Gorio,
The history of the old roads indicate that you have approved a change
to that road and does not indicate that you approved the road itself..
On the old feature, the history also shows the original persons who
added and approved the feature. The change that is referred here, is
the change made when the original road was intersected with the new
road.

Map Maker,
Yet again it appears I have been credited with approving a road that I
did not. This time I have a screen shot that shows it. How can I get
it to you? I don't see a way to add files to this post.
Also, when I clicked on the "Rate this Edit" link, for the road in my
screen shot, an intersecting road opened up for me to write the
commentary (not the road that I selected to Rate this Edit).
Let me know what to do about the file.

I approved Tierra Santa 5 and not Tierra Santa 2. In the picture you can see that it has “Added 15 hrs...” and then “Approved 4mins...”. I didn’t approve Tierra Santa 2. In addition to the incorrect history, when I clicked on the “Rate the Edit” it opened the Tierra Santa 5 road.

Thanks for posting this. I agree that this is a problem.
Interestingly, if we edit the entire road section, the history of the
feature shows a different moderator than the history on individual
sections :(
You can also post this issue on the Issue tracker to be appraised of
any updates that are made around this.
