to Map Kibera
All

We need your assistance to draw up one page flyers for recruiting
participants from Kibera, and volunteers from the greater Nairobi
community. Each of these flyers needs to give sufficient detail on the
project, on the commitment we expect, and how to get in touch with us
if they want to pursue it.

I have some very basic notes on the wiki
http://mapkibera.org/wiki/index.php?title=Participants_Volunteers

Does anyone want to pick up this piece? Would be a big help to my
hectic schedule. We can work together and iterate to get the message
right.

Thanks
Mikel

It's easy..if you don't think about it.

Great Tonee .. what do you need, and what's your timeframe? Are you ready to sketch up draft flyers?

There are lots of recruitment posters in the OSM wiki http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Recruitment_Poster
I think they are good examples of what the flyer could look like.
If you have any creative shocks, please charge ahead!

Of course, our flyers need to talk about the specific details of Map Kibera, and the commitment Participants and Volunteers will make.
Much of that text can be found on the wiki .. and we can work on that in detail once the initial layout of the flyer is done.

Thanks Tonee!

Mikel
