Hi CNR,
This message comes whenever an edit is done to a road which is
pending moderation. However, I see that the road is editable now. You
should now be able to align the road. Also, I've already aligned few
parts of the road to help you out with this :)

Hi

I want edit some roads around this intersection but I can't because of moderation and this error appear

And issue is this feature can't be moderated
