Failed to initiate fetch of features

Please see the following link. A new error 'Failed to initiate fetch of features' appeared while I have tried to add a road. After creating around 1.5 KM I tried to save. The eroor appeared. Then I tried with a small bit. The error again appeared.
The browser is Firefox 3.63 and the OS Windows XP.
Please have a look at it.
