Failed To Create

Whenever i am creating or mapping a new building, apartment or
hospital. Google maps give me a message stating that " failed to
create and below that cannot serve you

Please help

This error is usually seen when an edit is made in a country, which
is not open for editing on Map Maker. Please see the list for
countries currently open on Map Maker: http://maps.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=155415

If your country is listed on the above page, please post a link to
the viewport where you are trying to edit. You can copy the link by
going to the viewport, right-clicking "Link to this page" (On the top
right corner) and selecting "Copy Link Location"(Firefox) or "Copy
Shortcut"(Internet Explorer). You can then paste the copied link on
your post.
