Phone number edit not appearing

It's been a couple weeks since I edited the phone number for a local
business. The phone number listed is the fax number and I corrected
it based on information on their website. The problem is the update
has not been processed yet. This carries over to GOOG-411 in that it
uses the same data to provide the business listing and connect the
call - which can't happen when the listing is for the fax number.

I believe that you are referring to an edit made on the Google Local
Business Center. You should report this issue here:
