Moving Markers and Verifying Businesses

I have a job to verify the Google Map locations/addresses of the over
200 stores for a business we do advertising for. I had to verify
myself by calling one of our store managers and getting him to give me
a pin that they called in. Is there anyway I can verify that I'm an
web admin for our company other than having to contact over 200 of our
store managers and distract them from working?
