Driving directions for Uruguay

Hi!

Driving directions are not enabled from maps.google.com but they're
working fine from mapmaker.

I know that driving directions will be online when you have enough
data, but how can we help it to happen?

I see that in my neighbour, the directions from mapmaker are good.

Also I think navigation for android is related to this.. I'm a newly
androidified user, and it's sad to me to be unable to use google maps
navigation cause it seems to be great!
