Selangor - FT Kuala Lumpur border

Hi..I think there is a mistake on Selangor - FT Kuala Lumpur..for
example..Taman Melati suppose to be in Kuala Lumpur but in Google Maps
it is in Selangor..So please change it..or give me the way to change
the border..

Hi,

Actually, I know how to solve the problem here. Kuala Lumpur is a
polygon feature within Selangor polygon. Selangor polygon must be
created like a doughnut in order for Kuala Lumpur polygon to appear
and register correctly for the State attributes captured when entering
data. The same goes for Putrajaya which is also another smaller
Polygon within Selangor Polygon. How to edit these feature easily?
