Cambodia: Khmer Script Names

Issue 346 was recently submitted. Basically we have some native Khmer
speakers adding names in Khmer script and the names aren't displaying
properly. It's really interfering with the overall display of some
areas with dense features such as Phnom Penh. Here's a view:
