Albanian region boundaries incorrect

I've noticed that the Albanian region (rreth) boundaries are outdated or sometimes just incorrect. I'll site one example of the Stebleve township being located within the Bulqize district while in fact it is in Librazhd. How can we have this corrected?

 Could you please post links to few such features where the region boundaries have been found to be incorrect including the one mentioned above.
